WHAT DOES DRY HIRE MEAN? 

It simply means that you, the host, will provide the alcohol and we prep, mix and serve it professionally and beautifully. 

This structure not only cuts down on waste, but it also cuts down on your cost as well because there is no markup on the alcohol and you,

the host, will get to keep whatever is not consumed.

**We are currently working with local liquor establishments to be able to offer a one-time discount when booking with AG**

 

HOW DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH TO PURCHASE?

We will sit down with you and help you calculate the appropriate amount for purchase

based on the number of invited guests and send you with a quantity list for easy shopping. 

 

A DEEPER DIVE INTO WHAT AMBER GAMBLER OFFERS...

For starters, we offer peace of mind. 

We will take on all of your beverage needs while you enjoy your guests.

We provide all of the extras that you might not think about and now, don't have to worry about.

We will roll in with our beautiful, fully equipped mobile bar complete with dual taps, wine chiller and bar equipment.

We collect the alcohol at the venue and begin to get everything prepped.

We will have already prepped the garnishes and mixers. 

The back of the bar is furnished with shelving to display the different liquors that are available for the event. 

We will design a custom signature cocktail menu to display at the bar window for guests to easily decide. 

The standard extras provided include large coolers, ice, garnishes, mixers, cups, napkins and straws. 

We also offer EXTRA extras like a customized selfie station or photo backdrop. 

If you want to go the extra mile and really wow your guests, we offer a staged lounge area for added unique photo opts!
