The Amber Gambler is a mobile bar created from a converted horse trailer. It is a small trailer that measures 10 ft long x 6 ft wide. Small enough to be pulled inside a larger venue (if there is access).

We are perfect for weddings, baby showers, holiday parties, corporate events, photo shoots, Realtor open houses and more!

We also make amazing mocktails and can always accommodate custom non-alcoholic event requests.

While we have several packages to choose from, we understand that every event is different. Please take a look at our set packages page for a baseline. You are then welcome to fill out and submit the form to us for a custom quote.

Our home base is in Camdenton, MO.  We serve all surrounding towns and cities up to a 2 hour distance from area code 65020. Please inquire for further distances. 

Our packages do not include alcohol so, the state of Missouri does not require us to hold a liquor license. However, we do hold a liquor retail license for the State of Missouri. We try to reserve using this license for venues only that do not hold their own liquor license.

You, the host or client, would be hiring us under what is called a "dry hire" meaning you, the host or client, will purchase the alcohol separately, bring it to the venue and then we take over and handle the rest. We do provide you with ordering amounts. This is a HUGE cost saving method because we will not be marking up the alcohol and the client will then keep whatever is not served at the event. 

We are able to serve at any type of private event (weddings, baby showers, corporate events). For public events, please contact us as it’s the responsibility of the client to hold the specific permitting. 

All bartenders have their State of Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training (SMART) certifications. We are also fully insured with liquor, cyber and general liability policy.

YES! We do need access to electricity! We do carry a generator for back up, but prefer to have established hookup due to the quiet, but still noise producing generator.

We not only tend bar at your event but provide a personal consultation leading up to the big day with custom cocktails, liquor quantity calculations and order information.  The Amber Gambler is fully equipped with all bar equipment, a dual tap kegerator and wine chiller fridge. Additional cooler(s) available to keep everything cold and refreshing!

We also have add on features to make your event extra special.  Need a selfie station or a speakeasy lounge? We got that!
